Content on this website — including the test directory, journal articles, and the AI chat assistant — is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not create a provider-patient relationship. Always consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider about your health. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
AI Assistant and Live Chat
Our chat widget uses an AI assistant that may make mistakes. It cannot interpret laboratory results or recommend testing for symptoms. Do not submit sensitive health information through chat. Conversations may be reviewed by our team to provide support and improve service, and are retained per our Privacy Policy.
Use of the Website
You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to disrupt its operation, submitting false information, or using automated means to abuse our chat or forms. We may limit or suspend access to protect the service.
Laboratory Services
Laboratory testing is performed pursuant to valid orders from authorized healthcare providers and is governed by separate agreements and applicable law, not by these website terms. Test information in our directory (specimen requirements, turnaround, CPT codes) is provided for convenience and may change.
Intellectual Property
The content, design, and branding of this website belong to PML or its licensors. You may not reproduce them without permission, except as permitted for personal, non-commercial use.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PML is not liable for damages arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content.
